WE ARE STEPPING STONES TO SUCCESS

Founder and CEO of Stepping Stones, Leandrea Jones-Bell is a multi-faceted amazing woman, she is a Minister, wife, mother, grandmother, a foster mother and she is an inspiration to her friends, family, and to her Stepping Stones Team.
This remarkable individual is tenacious about serving the community and her church. The idea of starting a nonprofit was just that, an idea, a thought that kept circling in her mind. Well, that single thought is now called Stepping Stones to Success.
Leandrea Jones-Bell brings 25 years of not only life experiences, but she also dealt directly with the Foster Care System, facilitating and advocating for several Adult Correctional Programs for the California State Prison System.
She has countless certificates through Anderson& Anderson to facilitate Domestic Violence, Parenting, and Anger Management Classes. She has participated in Conflict Resolution Programs for adult males while they were still incarcerated.
That single idea has now come to fruition. "Stepping Stones to Success" has great expectations, and Leandra Jones-Bell is that special lady that without a doubt will take her vision into the future.

Our Mission:
Stepping Stones to Success's priority is to support all members of our communities, Veterans, our youth population, men and women who were formerly incarcerated as well as their families, and those individuals who are on probation and parole.

Step 1:
We work as a team with our community. Developing supportive contacts with local businesses, schools, churches, local politicians, state supported services and even with other charitable organizations.

Step 2:
We are committed to providing a safe transition for participants. By offering mentorships, educational opportunities, and vocational training has proven to be effective in promoting change.

Step 3:
We value the relationships we develop with the families. Having our participant's families, wives, and close friends' involvement in this process can build our clients self-confidence which is a pre-requisite for changing one's old beliefs.
