The new brand is a nod toward the legacy of the man walking up the stairway.  We see

1. the isometric view of the stair casing side which creates an abstract arrow of dynamic direction. 
2. The font used (Montserrat) is both modern and clean looking, emphasizing those aspects of the organization.
3. the blue (when finalized) signifies "the sky is the limit" for those in the program.
4. the circle that surrounds the stairs represents the stepping stones themselves
5. the circle is "broken" at the top to show that learning is an endless lifetime experience 
6. the images below show application on letterhead and other objects
