We grow strong men, women and youth in our transitional programs and housing. We do this by helping reframe past life experiences, current circumstances, and future hopes and dreams with individualized classes and consulting. This may include learning how to listen instead of reacting. It may include learning life skills to gain further independence. We remain committed to the whole family as we work with each individual's needs. Per contract, no treatment services are available, at this time, to Stepping Stones' WestCare Participants.

Founder and CEO of Stepping Stones, Leandrea Jones-Bell is multi-faceted: a Minister, wife, mother, grandmother, foster mother and an inspiration to her friends, family, and to her Stepping Stones Team.
Leandrea is tenacious about serving the community and her church. She brings 25 years of experiences with the Foster Care System, in addition to facilitating and advocating for several Adult Correctional Programs for the California State Prison System. Her training through Anderson & Anderson enables her to facilitate Domestic Violence, Parenting, and Anger Management Classes. Mrs. Bell's dedication to seeing incarcerated men improve had participate in Conflict Resolution Programs in several state prisons. She continues with that passion for those in reentry in Norther California and their families - working with a team to better the community. Since 2019, Stepping Stones to Success has delivered safe, sober living environments to support male individuals reentering Northern California communities. Our experienced staff—boasting over a decade of dedicated service—partner with “RideOn,” our integrated transport initiative (supported through Medi-Cal), to ensure reliable access to critical services. |

- Basic Needs & Housing: Emergency food pantry and distribution, transitional and housing services, case management.
- Support & Community: Mentoring, outreach, community-building, reintegration planning.
- Skill Development & Empowerment: Job coaching, entrepreneurship support, financial literacy, resume building, life-skills workshops, self-esteem and empowerment programs, summer youth activities.
- Health & Well-being: Health and wellness programs, transportation via RideOn, and resource navigation.
